Cancelling a registration

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Requests received at least 30 days before a program begins receive a full refund, less a $75 cancellation fee.

No refunds are given for requests received within 30 days of the program start date or once a program is in session. You may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time by emailing the office.

Payment plans

A payment plan is a commitment to the full program fee, paid in scheduled installments to the same card. The cancellation terms above apply to the full fee: cancel at least 30 days before the program begins and we'll refund what you've paid less the $75 fee and cancel the remaining installments. After that, the remaining installments continue as scheduled.

If an installment can't be collected, we'll email you to update your card. Access to the program pauses if a payment is more than 30 days late and resumes as soon as the plan is current. You can pay the remaining balance early at any time by contacting the office.

Single sessions and recordings

Single-session tickets and session bundles include the live session and its recording, so they aren't refundable. Before the session takes place you can transfer a ticket to another person by emailing the office.

If the Center cancels

If the Center for Anthroposophy cancels a program, you receive a full refund. If a single session within a series is cancelled and not rescheduled or replaced with a recording, you receive a refund of that session's share of your fee.
